Starter: Quinoa and Pomegranate Salad


  • Cooked quinoa
  • Pomegranate
  • Fresh spinach
  • Chopped nuts
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Lemon and olive oil dressing

Preparation: Mix cooked quinoa with fresh spinach, pomegranate, walnuts and feta cheese. Dress with a light lemon and olive oil vinaigrette.

Main Course: Baked Salmon with Herb Crust


  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Fresh herb mix (parsley, dill, thyme)
  • Wholemeal breadcrumbs
