As you know, in Body & Mind we want you to achieve all your goals and the best way to do it is through personalized training, so we can always look for your best version.

Many times, the overcrowding that is created in fitness centers or gyms makes their workouts insufficient. In these places usually create a standard exercise routine, the same for all students at that level. This lack of individualization and attention is often reflected in injuries and in the failure to achieve our goals.

Our training services are unique in Valencia, in all of them we adapt to your needs and goals, we take into account your level, your injuries and your goals. This allows us to adapt the training plan in each of the sessions. In order to properly perform the training, we previously conducted a brief interview, at this time we can make a higher quality training.

In all the above mentioned types of training we adapt to your needs, we create a routine and a specific training plan for you.

The group trainings are very small groups, with a maximum of 4 people per session, so they are still 100% personalized trainings. 

Initial interview.

To make a good training plan we need to perform a health questionnaire. This small questionnaire can be done quickly from home, or if you prefer, you can do it in person with one of our trainers. In this questionnaire we collect the necessary information to know your goals. We will also review your medical history; for example, your age, if you practice sports and how often, if you have experience in muscle strengthening, if you suffer from chronic back pain, if you have been diagnosed or operated for a herniated disc, if you have any other problems in the musculoskeletal system, such as osteoporosis, heart or metabolic disease. These and other questions will allow us to understand your needs in order to co-design a personalized training plan that will combine strength, endurance and flexibility exercises chosen just for you in a single session.

Review of training.

All training will be tailored to your needs, but once a month we will conduct a short interview to check that the training is working as it should.
